This policy explains how information is handled when you visit The Snort & Siren website and its redirect domains.

Browsing the menu

You can read the site without creating an account or submitting personal information. There are no booking forms, payments, mailing-list signups, advertising trackers, or social-media embeds. Menu filters and the house’s cocktail suggestion run in your browser; those choices are not sent to us.

Cookies and local storage

The website itself does not set cookies or save information in your browser’s local storage. Fonts, images, and scripts are served from this website. Your browser may cache these files to make future visits faster.

Technical information and security

Our servers and service providers process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, including IP addresses, requested pages, request times, and response status. We use this information to keep the website working, diagnose faults, and investigate abuse.

Routine server logs are rotated daily and normally retained for about two weeks. Information needed to investigate a security incident may be retained longer. Access is restricted to those responsible for operating and protecting the website.

Service providers

The Mad Hatters operates the website’s hosting. Hosting and network providers process technical information as needed to provide their services. Cloudflare provides DNS and website security services; its security features may use essential cookies or challenges to distinguish legitimate visits from abuse. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its handling of that information.

We do not sell visitors’ personal information or use it for targeted advertising. Information may be disclosed to service providers for the purposes above, or when required by law.

Links and correspondence

Following a link to another website brings you under that website’s privacy policy. If you contact us separately, we use the information you choose to provide to respond and handle your request. That correspondence is separate from browsing this menu.
